Shipping
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Shipping costs €4.90 and is free for orders of €40 or more (after pack discounts).
Orders are prepared within [TO COMPLETE: X business days] and shipped from [TO COMPLETE: warehouse country]. Typical delivery times: Europe [X–Y days], North America [X–Y days], rest of the world [X–Y days].
EU customers: prices include VAT; no extra import charges on delivery. [TO COMPLETE once IOSS registration is active] United Kingdom: prices include UK VAT. Other countries: import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs on delivery.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You can return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging, without giving a reason. Email us at the address below with your order number; we'll send you the return instructions. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong.
Hygiene: masks and balaclavas are worn on the face. Items that have been worn, or whose hygiene seal has been removed, cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or wrong item? Send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your legal rights (in the EU, a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies).
Terms of sale
These terms apply to all orders placed on zingwinwin.com with Big Fact Markt Limited (the "Seller"). Prices are shown in euros. Pack discounts (2 masks −10%, 3 −20%, 5 or more −30%) apply automatically to eligible masks in the same order and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. If you accept the one-time after-purchase offer, the amount shown is charged to the card used for your order, only after you tap to accept.
Products are novelty and cold-weather accessories for adults. Some countries restrict covering the face in public places; customers are responsible for using products in line with local laws.

Privacy
We collect only what's needed to deliver your order: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the content of your order. Payment data is handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe, Inc.). Our site is hosted by Cloudflare.
We use this data to process and ship your order, handle returns, and comply with tax and accounting obligations (kept for the legally required period, [TO COMPLETE: e.g. 7 years]). We don't sell your data. We don't use advertising cookies on this site at the moment; your bag is stored in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to us until checkout.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, Hong Kong PDPO, CCPA): access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Write to the contact email below. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
Transfers: your data may be processed in Hong Kong, the EU and the United States by our service providers, under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
